Skills Development in Logistics Management

Aligned with the EBRD’s Gender Equality and Equality of Opportunity Strategies, this project addresses skill gaps and gender disparities in Azerbaijan's transport and logistics sector. Within the project framework Sustainera Solutions presents consultancy services to develop and implement an internationally certified Logistics Management training program. Additionally, we are establishing recruitment tools and activities to attract youth, especially young females, to this program, enhancing employability and fostering inclusivity in the sector.
