The research and evaluation team of Sustainera Solutions collaborated with COP29 Operating Company to conduct research on evaluating the preparedness and sustainability readiness of 37 governmental entities in anticipation of COP29 to be held in Baku. This comprehensive research involved meticulous research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting stages. Through extensive surveys and document analysis, the project provided a detailed assessment of the entities' capabilities and readiness. This project serves as a crucial step towards bolstering the resilience of governmental entities against climate change, laying the groundwork for effective strategic planning and response mechanisms.
