On March 12, our Business Development Officer, Narmina Aliyeva, took part in the "Navigating the Future of Water Resources: Challenges and Opportunities" panel discussion at UFAZ University. The event introduced UFAZ's new MSc. Water Resources and Management Program.

Welcomed by UFAZ Acting Executive Latifa Nasibova, and Secretary General Elizaveta Bydanova, the insightful panel featured experts from diverse backgrounds. In addition to Ms. Aliyeva, the panelists included Clara Jodry (Program Manager at UFAZ), Madina Hajiyeva (Head of the Environmental Management Unit at SOCAR), Natavan Jafarova (Senior Research Scientist at the Institute of Geography), and Anar Nuriyev (Faculty Member at Baku State University).

The discussion highlighted pressing global water challenges and the critical need for innovative solutions. With water scarcity impacting communities worldwide, sustainably managing this vital resource has become one of the most urgent priorities of our time.
