Sustainera supports the clients to set up accredited learning programs and vocational trainings for their staff to help them obtain sustainable employment. Our services are intended to bridge the existing gaps in the educational and professional background of the employees to re-discover their full potential.   With sponsorship of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Sustainera team supports Avrora Group in engaging with a Vocational High School or Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centers to revise their current training content and develop a curriculum for a work-based learning Program, uniquely designed to equip employees with market-relevant skills.

Secondly, Sustainera supports the development and introduction of the accredited corporate level online training program about e-commerce, online sales, and digitalization. Such target audience has been identified due to the disparity between the skills demands and the skills provided to young people in education, and the labor market remaining gender-disaggregated, with women mostly concentrated in lower-paid sectors, such as health care and education. Working with these disadvantaged groups to achieve their socio-economic inclusion leads towards sustainable market economics.  Within the framework of this project, Sustainera team also developed Equal Opportunities Action Plan for Avrora Group.

As a next deliverable of the project, Sustainera team facilitates the process establishing a Dual-VET system between the client and the State Agency for Vocational Education. The mechanism will allow the development of a unique curriculum and course on Flour Mill Operator provided by the VET centers. Attendants of this course will be able to get first-hand experience of the facilities of Avrora Group.
