DESIGN OF MONITORING AND EVALUATION SYSTEMS

 Design and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems of projects and programs is one of the major service areas of Sustainera Solutions. The nonprofit and for-profit projects we work on are striving from different fields, including international development. Such a successful project has been facilitated by our team in support of the US Embassy’s Public Affairs Section’s (PAS) programs in order to develop MEL systems for their community-based initiatives, English Language and Journalism Programs.  

 When working on this project with the US Embassy, we applied programmatic analysis, needs assessment, advisory services, data collection and analysis, and capacity development of the program managers. Consequently, the second year of the project is successfully completed, resulting in the progress of the youth and civil society initiatives and an increase in their capacities in contributing to the grassroots developments in Azerbaijan.

 Improvement of the monitoring and evaluation of social-economic development programs are essential in scaling up the organization to not only demonstrate its success but also its readiness for continued contribution to a better cause. Therefore, the work we have been delivering provides both successful and beneficial results and helps in the enhancement of the organization’s reputation. As demonstrated, Sustainer Consulting provides quality expertise in MEL services and is aiming at increasing the MEL portfolio for the upcoming year.
