TRAINING SOCAR EMPLOYEES ON EFFECTIVE BUSINESS COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS

Sustainera supported the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) in building the capacities of its staff members to deliver ideas powerfully in the workplace. Our tailored training modules aimed to empower employees to succeed in their roles, engage in meaningful discussions and clearly deliver their ideas to achieve the goals of the organization. Based on our philosophy, we always follow the way of sustainability, making sure that knowledge gained by employees will serve both them and the organization in the long-term with positive impact for all parties. 

By taking our Business Writing, Graphic Design, and Successful Presentation courses, employees honed their written, visual, and verbal business presentation skills. They learned to write well-organized and clear business documents; to design elegant presentation slides, reports, and posters; and to present and speak with confidence and encouragement. Within the framework of the training program, SOCAR employees have an opportunity to not only learn the theory but practice newly gained skills, especially through presentation practices. They have been shown best practice on how to use their voice, body movements, and choice of wording, how to create a well-structured presentation and how to interact professionally with their visual aids, including PowerPoint.
